RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of the items in the same exact condition as in the day of sending to a customer. Customer has 14 days from the time of delivery to report a need of returning the purchased item. Customer covers full price of the shipping the item back and receives a full refund for the item's cost the next day it's delivered back to us. Request of return has to be sent to an email - designerdropeuhelp@gmail.com . Make sure to include your order's number and the name of the item you ordered. No need to give a reason of returning the item back.

In exceptional situation when our item is well proven to be inauthentic - we accept returns after 14 days from the delivery. Authenticity guarantee is provided by our company for a life-time.
